Academia is delighted to announce the extension of its long-standing partnership with Queens Park Rangers, reinforcing a relationship that has continued to grow both on and off the pitch.
Having worked alongside the club since 2015 Academia will continue to support a range of initiatives across QPR, including the QPR in the Community Trust, education technology programmes, matchday fan engagement activities and the club’s ongoing technology development.
As part of the renewed agreement, Academia branding will remain prominently featured on the front of all QPR College Academy playing shirts, while the company will continue its support of the popular Matchday Fan Zone and Activity Room at Loftus Road. The partnership will also see Academia continue to provide technology expertise and equipment to help enhance the club’s IT infrastructure and digital capabilities.
Academia will also continue its support of QPR Women as the club’s back-of-shorts partner, further demonstrating its commitment to supporting opportunities and growth across all areas of the game.
Mark McCormack, Managing Director of Academia and lifelong QPR supporter, said:
“We’re delighted to renew our partnership with Queen’s Park Rangers again this season. QPR shares many of Academia’s values around teamwork, community and creating opportunities for young people, making this a partnership we’re incredibly proud to continue.
We’re excited to build on what we’ve achieved together, supporting the Club both on and off the pitch and continuing to make a positive impact across the wider QPR community.”
QPR Commercial Director, Euan Inglis said, “The Club has been working with Mark and the Academia team since 2015, so to continue and expand the partnership with Academia is fantastic news for the club. The Academia team have always supported the Club, not only the commercial terms that are included in our agreement, but are always on hand to support other initiatives that have local community benefits, and more recently supporting the Club in its endeavours to grow the Club’s Women’s team, which is a key priority for us going forward.”
The partnership reflects Academia’s commitment to building lasting relationships and providing trusted technology expertise to organisations across the UK. Working closely with QPR has enabled both organisations to support local communities, enhance educational opportunities and improve access to technology.
As the partnership enters another exciting chapter, Academia looks forward to continuing its collaboration with the club, its supporters and the wider QPR community throughout the season ahead.
