Webinar attendance prize draw relating to: “Smarter Document Workflows with AI: Adobe Acrobat Studio” taking place on 19/05/2026 (the “Webinar”).

 

Entry Period

The Prize Draw opens on 04/05/2026 at 00:00 and closes at 12:00 on 19/05/2026 (the “Closing Date”).

 

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Prize Draw is open to:

• UK residents aged 18 or over
• Acting in a business capacity with a valid business email domain

1.2 The following are not eligible:

• Employees of Academia Ltd
• Its group companies, partners, agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion
• Immediate family members of the above

1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including:

• Business email domain
• Organisation details

Entries that do not meet these criteria may be disqualified.

 

2. How to Enter (Free Prize Draw)

2.1 No purchase is necessary. This is a free prize draw.

Primary entry route (Teams attendance)

2.2 To enter, participants must:

• Register for the Webinar using the official form; and
• Attend the Webinar live via Microsoft Teams; and
• Remain in attendance until the end of the session

2.3 Attendance will be determined using Microsoft Teams attendance reporting data, including join and leave timestamps. (This ensures fair and auditable tracking.)

Free alternative entry route (no attendance required)

2.4 To enter without attending:

• Complete the Prize Draw entry form at the bottom of the Terms & Conditions landing page
• Submit by the Closing Date

2.5 The alternative entry route is:

• Free
• Available throughout the entry period
• Equally prominent to the main entry route

 

3. Entry Rules

3.1 Only one entry per person is permitted (regardless of entry method).

3.2 Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will not be accepted.

3.3 Entries must be received before the Closing Date. Late entries will not be considered.

 

4. The Prize

4.1 One (1) winner will receive:
Apple MacBook Neo 13-inch : A18 Pro chip with 6‑core CPU and 5‑core GPU, 8GB, 256GB SSD – Indigo
Approximate value: £600

4.2 The Prize:

• Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• Has no cash alternative

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.

5.2 The draw will take place within 5 working days of the Closing Date.

5.3 The Prize Draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Promoter to ensure fairness and compliance.

 

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the draw.

6.2 The winner must respond within 14 days to:

• Confirm acceptance
• Provide delivery details

6.3 If the winner:

• Cannot be contacted
• Does not respond in time
• Is ineligible

The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Prize Delivery

7.1 The prize will be delivered to a valid UK business address provided by the winner within 30 days of confirmation.

7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays outside its reasonable control.

 

8. Publicity and Transparency

8.1 The Promoter may publish or make available:

• The winner’s surname
• Company name or region

To demonstrate that a valid award took place (as required under advertising rules).

8.2 If the winner objects to this, they should notify the Promoter. In such cases, the Promoter may still provide anonymised details to regulators if required.

 

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data will be processed for:

• Administering the Prize Draw
• Contacting the winner
• Delivering the Prize

9.3 The lawful basis for processing is:

• Legitimate interests (administering the promotion)

9.4 Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of entry.

9.5 Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for these purposes.

 

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries
• Cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control

10.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical issues affecting entry
• Incomplete or lost submissions

10.3 The promotion will be administered fairly and transparently.

10.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
