How it works

Claim a refund of the full price paid for your qualifying Acer product should your new purchase develop a technical fault within one year of purchase. To register for Acer Reliability Promise just follow these simple steps:

Purchase a qualifying Acer product.

To register your purchase, visit the website and enter the requested information within 30 calendar days of purchase.

If your device develops a technical fault within one year of purchase, call the dedicated warranty number (0371 760 1000) and follow the online claim instructions.
