The Service Portal gives access to hundreds of standard solutions in the always available knowledge library providing easy-to-follow step by step guides on how to resolve and rectify, dramatically reducing the number of tickets raised and the resolution time.

 

This is supplemented with tracked web chat responses and dashboard reporting which together help to improve staff productivity and overall user experience.

Couple this with our intuitive reports and see the security compliance status of your whole estate, including encryption status, OneDrive usage, antivirus installation status and last OS update information, as well as system performance.

 

Add network scanning and monitoring to give visibility of all additional devices on the network (including network hardware and printers) for a true “single pane of glass” for all devices in the estate.

 

In addition, keep track of all of your organisation’s domains, including consolidated registrar details, expiration date, DNS Records and more – all in one place.

 

If provided as part of a Control:IT managed service, we will also proactively manage the entire lifecycle of all devices.
