It is a popular saying that every company would do well to follow – “Take care of your Employees and they will take care of your business”. At the Academia Group, we believe this to be a set agenda when rewarding those who reward our customers on a daily basis.
Founded 8 years ago on the grounds of exceptional team performance needed to be rewarded with more than a trip to the local boozer, the Academia Group ‘Presidents Club’ were born to create an end of year exclusive club for those who overachieve in terms of customer support. By rewarding those who have helped grow and develop the group to the status of where it is, we are building for the future.
This year, the lucky but deserving members of The 2018 Presidents club headed to the sunny climate of Marbella in Spain to enjoy a weekend of, well, let’s just say it was a weekend that all enjoyed….
Friday Morning: 20 of Academia’s finest jetted off to sunny Spain for a weekend at the beginning of October
On Friday afternoon: we partnered up in buggies to drive through the rolling hills and mountains of Marbella, including down to the beach. Despite some near-death experiences (thanks Lauren P), enormous fun was had by all – see the ‘after’ pics with all the dirt!
Friday evening checked into our 5 star hotel and enjoyed a 3 course lovely dinner in the hotel’s restaurant;
Followed by night out dancing.
Saturday: lazy breakfast followed by the choice of either golf at a fantastic, local course…
or a spa treatment. There a lot of relaxing in the sun
Saturday Night: and we met for dinner later that evening. Sitting outside, we enjoyed yet another 3 course meal and a night out with Karaoke – even photos and videos to prove it.
Early flight back on Sunday, so home in time for a Sunday roast
