MICROSOFT DEVICES

Academia has expertise in using Microsoft Intune device management, a cloud-based service that enables you to manage and enrol Windows 10 devices (laptops and desktops), including mobiles, within a centralised Cloud console. 

 

This can be provided as part of your Microsoft 365 licensing which is subscribed on a per-user, per-month or per device, per month basis. Once configured, the Windows devices will automatically enrol – mobile devices can also be enrolled either onsite or remotely. 

 

Windows devices can also be viewed through our Control:IT Service Portal platform.

WHITE GLOVE USER EXPERIENCE

Gone are the days of IT having to receive a laptop, load an image on to it, connect a user account and then distribute to the user. With today’s modern Mobile Device Management platforms, devices can be delivered directly to users (still in the shrink wrap) and everything be set up automatically when the device is powered on.
