Academia secures position on NEPA framework

Academia is delighted to have secured a position on the National Education Printer Agreement (NEPA) framework, giving education and public sector organisations a compliant route to purchase Epson’s sustainable business inkjet technology.

The NEPA framework is managed by the North Eastern University Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) and Academia is pleased to confirm their inclusion on Lot 4.

Tony Harjette, Document Services Manager at Academia, said:

“Academia have a strong history and excellent reputation of supplying IT solutions and services to the education sector. Our inclusion on Lot 4 for managed print, will help the business link its wide portfolio of technologies, ensuring the customer benefits from both new equipment and any existing services they may have. The sustainability credentials of both Academia and our partner Epson will also ensure that we lead with an environment first approach.”

Mark McCormack, Chief Commercial Officer at Academia said:

“We are extremely excited to add Managed Print Solutions (MPS) to our portfolio. This is a fantastic addition to an already strong line-up of products and services that we offer the Higher Education sector.”

To celebrate Academia’s inclusion on the framework, the business has agreed to plant 50 trees for every Epson device purchased via the NEPA framework. This promotion will run throughout 2022. You can track how many trees Academia plant via the Ecologi website –  https://ecologi.com/academiathetechnologygroup
