S_Paul Paul Hutton: Since 1989 Paul has taught in several local authorities in primary schools in England and worked strategically as part of leadership teams in schools. He taught students in two secondary schools in France and in a Language School in Sydney, Australia.  For over three years he worked as a Senior Lecturer for the New Opportunities Fund (NOF), training nationally in over 100 schools, empowering teachers to make effective, engaging and relevant use of ICT in line with the advent of the internet in UK schools. He also served as a school governor and vice chair for seven years.

Paul set up Krowdrah in 2014 and is excited to be inspiring quality learning and teaching with technology in schools, colleges and academies nationally. He supports school leaders with their vision for learning with technologies linked to raising standards in achievement and designing packages for professional development ; as a highly experienced teacher he supports other teachers with mapping technologies into their existing long term planning, confidently supports identified groups and readily leads lessons to model effective, engaging, inspirational use of technologies.

S_Jonny Jonathan Slater: Jonathan has worked as a trainer/consultant/technician with over 50 schools nationwide, to help them implement mobile devices successfully into their school and curriculum. His experience from working in the classroom and the ‘backroom’ environment allows him to close that gap between technicians and teaching staff, ensuring all parties involved in any deployment have a clear vision. Before joining the Academia team, Jonathan worked in the film and television industry.

For the last 18 months he has been delivering Teacher training sessions to all abilities covering a wide range of topics. His enthusiastic and engaging approach allows for a relaxed learning environment, with 100% attendees saying they would recommend Jonathan’s training and found it beneficial to their development.
