S_Jonny Jonathan Slater: Jonathan has worked as a trainer/consultant/technician with over 50 schools nationwide, to help them implement mobile devices successfully into their school and curriculum. His experience from working in the classroom and the ‘backroom’ environment allows him to close that gap between technicians and teaching staff, ensuring all parties involved in any deployment have a clear vision. Before joining the Academia team, Jonathan worked in the film and television industry. During this time he would also work with primary schools providing small drop-in projects based around Film production on iPad.

For the last 18 months he has been delivering Teacher training sessions to all abilities covering a wide range of topics, from your basic iOS use right the way through to developing your curriculum with iPad. His enthusiastic and engaging approach allows for a relaxed learning environment, with 100% attendees saying they would recommend Jonathan’s training and found it beneficial to their development.
