08 Nov Academia at the SFCA Curriculum Conference

The FE & HE team from Academia are delighted to announce that they have become a key sponsor partner with the SFCA for the Curriculum Conference, taking place at Joseph Chamberlain College in Birmingham on the 28th November 2018.

The Further Education team of Technology consultant experts and account managers from Academia will be exhibiting at the event in order to showcase the latest hardware and software service support to the college sector in the UK.

The SFCA Curriculum Conference is a day designed to blend expert input focusing on curriculum reforms, teaching and learning and pedagogy, together with table discussions so that college representatives can talk to each other, and develop and share good practice.

The Sixth Form Colleges Association (SFCA) is the authoritative voice of sixth form education in England and is the home of dedicated 16–19 providers. They have been representing the interests of sixth form colleges since 1993, and now count amongst their members every designated sixth form college and a growing number of 16–19 academies, 16–19 schools, and 16–19 free schools. There are over 160,000 students studying at a sixth form college and the sector is responsible for almost 25% of all the A levels taken in England each year.
